2. Website purpose and enquiries
This website presents security, IT, automation and education solutions. It has no online shop, shopping cart or payment mechanism. The form, email, phone and WhatsApp are ways to initiate a business discussion.
Submitting an enquiry or receiving a technical confirmation does not conclude a contract or constitute acceptance of an order. Scope, price, taxes, timescales, installation, warranties and other conditions are determined by the applicable offer and contract accepted by the parties. General presentations do not replace a technical assessment of your project.
3. Permitted use
You may browse and share links to public pages. Enquiry information must be relevant and lawfully shared. Unauthorised access attempts, malicious code, spam and use that infringes others' rights are prohibited.
4. Content and intellectual property
Text, graphics and materials are protected where legal requirements are met. Third-party trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners. Publication does not transfer rights. Commercial reuse outside legal exceptions requires permission from the rights holder.
5. Technical information and availability
We aim to keep information accurate and the website available. Errors or interruptions may occur; manufacturer documentation and the conditions of a specific offer should be checked for each project. Please report errors using our contact details. This does not exclude liability imposed by law or limit mandatory consumer rights.
6. External services and personal data
Following links to WhatsApp, social networks or other websites is your choice; those services have their own terms. Website data processing is explained in the privacy policy and cookie policy. Using the website does not constitute consent to analytics or marketing.
7. Complaints and mandatory rights
Send complaints to [email protected], including enough information to identify the issue. Consumers may contact ANPC and use applicable alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. Seeking an amicable resolution does not remove the right to approach authorities or the competent court.
Romanian law applies, subject to applicable mandatory protections. These terms do not replace individual contracts or restrict statutory rights concerning products or services contracted later, including consumer rights where applicable.
8. Updates
The current version is published here with its update date. Changes do not retroactively amend contracts already concluded.
